Mark is an expert at implementing enterprise-wide information technology solutions; developing integrated IT infrastructures and re-engineering business processes.

Mark has experience and expertise in both the Corporate and SME markets. Previous to Tanglin, Mark managed the merger of Counties Manukau District Health Board IT Department and Waitemata District Health Board IT Department, into the Shared Services vehicle Health Alliance, and assisted the COO in developing the Shared Services model and processes.

He also managed the implementation of Oracle’s E-Business applications throughout 13 Asia Pacific countries and established a Data Center in Singapore.
