Once you become a Tanglin client, your systems become our priority. We aim to build long-lasting business relationships with our clients, instead of tending to one-off break-fix jobs. For an effective IT system to work, it must not keep changing hands or have different people dipping into the process to try to create their own systems within our infrastructure. You know the saying about too many chefs, the same goes for IT systems. It simply does not work.

For these reasons, we do not offer one-off services. Trust us to do the whole job right, the first time and for the last time.

Strategy

We review what it is your business is trying to achieve, and formulate a strategic plan on how to build the best, most efficient IT infrastructure to match your goals, staff numbers and requirements.

Architecture

This is the part where we design the construction of your IT infrastructure. The architectural plans of your system make sure that every aspect of your system is carefully thought out and designed effectively. This plan is also important for future maintenance so that if we ever need to make upgrades, repairs or reevaluate processes as they develop – we know exactly where everything is, what was used, and how it was originally designed.

Procurement

Procurement is the sourcing of the appropriate equipment to suit your systems. We are unaffiliated with any brand and therefore unbiased in our choices of suppliers. We always go with the best brand and latest updated products for your business requirements, focusing on the brands that provide the best long-term customer service, availability of parts and performance.

Monitoring

Once all completely set up, your IT systems will need constant monitoring. That’s another thing you’ll never have to worry about. We work remotely, the less you see of us, the better your systems are working! Our systems run automatic checks on your systems and network every morning to review any potential breakdowns or problems, and then every 15 or 30 minutes thereafter to properly monitor the performance of your systems. When something needs investigating, we investigate and come up with a solution – all in the background to cause as little disruption to your business as possible

Managing

We manage the entire IT infrastructure system, organising any updates required, system reviews, budget projections and maintenance of all equipment. Our team provides the daily support that your employees need to resolve any problems that arise, as well as ensuring that your employees have access to the files they need for their work.

Decommissioning

Like any equipment, your new systems will require updating and old systems decommissioning as more efficient technologies are made available to replace them. Servers must be swapped for new ones as they age to avoid the risk of failure and data loss. For your peace of mind, we provide very clear and detailed annual projections and reports. So you always know in advance what to budget for, ad when its necessary to replace equipment.
